Home to HOTA, Gold Coast’s Home of the Arts, the area will activate artistic programmes, markets, festivals, film and family recreation and feature architecture from Melbourne-based practice ARM.

A garden style ampitheatre with capacity to hold 5,000 people, as well as a pedestrian and cycle bridge will connect the precinct to Chevron Island and onto Surfers Paradise. Further stages of the Cultural Precinct will include a central Art Tower and Great Hall, along with new and refurbished performing arts facilities.
